1. Delivery Methods
We offer multiple delivery methods depending on the type of product or service you are purchasing:
A. Digital Products & Subscriptions (Software Licenses, Cloud Services, etc.)
For digital products such as software licenses, cloud subscriptions, or online services:
- Delivery Method: Instant or within 24 hours via Email.
- How it works: After payment is confirmed, we will send you an email containing your subscription details, activation keys, and installation instructions (if applicable).
- Delivery Time: Digital products are usually delivered immediately after the transaction is processed, or within 1 business day.
B. Physical Products (Software DVDs, Hardware, etc.)
For physical items such as installation DVDs, USB drives, or hardware:
- Delivery Method: Delivered through local courier services or in-store pickup.
- How it works: After your order is confirmed, we will prepare the product for shipment. You can either choose to pick up the product in-store or have it delivered to your address.
- Delivery Time: Delivery times for physical products can vary based on your location:
- Local Delivery (within Okara/Depalpur area): Typically 1–2 business days.
- Out-of-Town Delivery: May take 3–7 business days, depending on your location and the courier service.
C. In-Store Pickup
You can opt to pick up your product directly from our store at Shop No. 4, Mehar Market, Haveli Lakha, Okara Depalpur.
- How it works: After your order is confirmed, we will notify you via phone or email when your product is ready for pickup.
- Pickup Hours: You can pick up your order during our business hours:
- Monday to Saturday: 10:00 AM – 7:00 PM
- Sunday: Closed
2. Delivery Timeframe
We aim to deliver all products as quickly as possible. However, delivery times may vary based on several factors, such as product availability, delivery method, and your location. The estimated delivery times are as follows:
- Digital Products: Delivered within 1 business day after purchase.
- Local Deliveries (within Okara/Depalpur): Typically delivered within 1–2 business days.
- Out-of-Town Deliveries: Typically delivered within 3–7 business days, depending on the courier service.
Please note that certain events, such as holidays or unforeseen delays, may impact delivery times.
3. Shipping Costs
Shipping costs for physical products are calculated based on the delivery location and the weight/size of the product. We offer competitive shipping rates through trusted local courier services.
- Local Deliveries: Free or minimal charge depending on the location.
- Out-of-Town Deliveries: Shipping charges will be calculated during checkout based on your location.

4. Tracking Your Order
Once your order is dispatched, we will provide you with a tracking number (for physical deliveries) via email or phone. You can use this tracking number to monitor the status of your delivery through the courier’s website or app.

6. Returns and Exchanges for Physical Products
If you receive a physical product that is damaged, defective, or incorrect:
- Contact Us within 7 days of receiving the product to request a return or exchange.
- Please provide photographic evidence of the damage or issue, and we will guide you through the return process.
- Once we receive the returned item, we will send you a replacement or issue a refund, depending on the situation.
Note: Digital products, once delivered (such as software licenses or cloud services), are non-refundable.
7. Delivery Limitations
- International Delivery: Currently, we only offer delivery within Pakistan. We do not offer international shipping at this time.
- Product Availability: In some cases, product availability may affect the delivery time. We will notify you if there are any delays due to stock availability.
